In accordance with Stewart Title Guaranty Company's ("Stewart") Anti-Fraud Plan, Fraud Alert Bulletin, NJ000072 was issued on April 10, 2003 in response to an FBI Fraud Alert Warning. The FBI updated its foregoing Fraud Alert Warning on May 7, 2003 and Stewart issued Fraud Alert Bulletin NJ000074 on May 9, 2003 which replaced NJ000072. On March 7, 2005, the FBI issued an UPDATED Fraud Alert Warning, amending its list of properties the government considers "of interest" by deleting some properties listed in prior FBI Fraud Alert Warnings. Therefore, Stewart incorporates the FBI's March 7, 2005 update and amends its Fraud Alert Bulletin NJ000074 accordingly.
