A recent newspaper article indicated that Premiere Homes Corp. is being investigated in connection with unpaid bills to subcontractors and indicates that there are construction lien claims being filed on its properties.
Please do no closings involving Premier Homes, Corp. properties, or resales on Premiere Homes properties that are less than fifteen months old without the express written approval of either Harold Hickman or myself.
We would also appreciate your checking any closings done within the last fifteen months to determine whether or not we have any exposure on Premiere Homes, Corp. closings, and if so, the title to those closings should be brought current to see what might have happened in the way of construction liens.
