RE: New Rules, Rates and Forms Effective May 15, 2000

Dear Associates:

1999 Hearing

The Superintendent adopted new endorsements and rates pursuant to the 1999 Annual Hearing.

The agent commission was not changed.

The Original Owner's Rates have been reduced by 2.7%. You may secure Rate Cards and the new endorsement forms from Stewart Forms and Information at 1-800-729-1901.

The premium for all $32 fixed rate endorsements has been reduced to $25.

The Superintendent adopted four new endorsements:

51: Land Abuts Street - Premium $25 - Transaction Code 67

NM
52: Designation of Improvements, Address - Premium $25 - Transaction Code 68

NM
53: Same as Survey - Premium $25 - Transaction Code 69

NM
54: Contiguity of Parcels - Premium $100 - Transaction Code 70

All changes are effective May 15, 2000.

The New Endorsements and Guidelines are available through the references section at the end of this bulletin.
