RE: Golden Hill Paugussett Tribe v. Weicker, et al

Dear Associates:

As many of you may by now be aware, the Golden Hill Paugussett Tribe of Indians filed suit in the United States District Court, District of Connecticut, claiming title to approximately 20 acres of land in Bridgeport.

Attached is a list of defendants and property addresses of land affected by this litigation. In addition to those named on the attached list, the Plaintiff in the action also claims title to certain lands currently owned by the City of Bridgeport, State of Connecticut and the United States of America.

In view of the foregoing, we ask that until further notice, no policy be issued involving property in Bridgeport owned by the above named entities or those on the attached list without the following exception.

"Claims to title by the Golden Hill Paugussett Tribe of Indians and/or members of the tribe or those claiming through them".
