RE: Editing ACRIS Tax Forms

If you need to edit your tax forms in ACRIS, after you have already printed them, follow these directions:

1. If you have printed the tax forms and not tied them to an ACRIS document (eg. a deed) just hit edit-retrieve tax form button and edit

2. Once the form is coupled to an ACRIS cover page:

a. call up ACRIS document (deed)
b. when it shows tax info, highlight tax # and hit space bar to delete
c. next category, select blank boro
d. next highlight block and hit space bar
e. next highlight lot and hit space bar
f. click on retrieve/release data
g. go to upper right corner of ACRIS screen and click on button labeled print
h. the next screen, click on "next" button at bottom of screen
i. the next screen, click on "finish and print payment cover page"
j. the next screen, click on close print window

This unlocks tax transaction cover page, then:

a. select retrieve tax transaction
b. next, fill in tax transaction number, hit search

That brings up tax transaction screen:

a. if it says complete, can edit by click on edit
b. if says in use, need to go back and redo all steps
