Please check all rates with the Stewart rate calculator, which can be found at www.stewartnewyork.com.
The Stewart calculator is web based and is updated as required, ex. new premium rates, new tax rates.
There are many other features of the Stewart rate calculator which may be of interest. The calculator also computes transfer tax and mortgage tax, including local transfer and mortgage taxes.
Additionally, endorsements can be checked and the premium will be calculated.
Along with endorsements, other fees, such as bankruptcy searches, survey inspections, etc can be added to produce an all inclusive bill.
