RE: High Liability/ Over Limit Policy Approval Procedures

The Stewart Agency Legal Services department has recently revised its procedures to better serve your needs. Please review the procedures and feel free to contact us at 800-433-0014 if you have any questions.

New Request Form

The new form for High-Li/ Over-Limit Policy Requests is located in theStewart Agent Resource Center on http://www.stewartnewyork.com.  The form is located in the “Forms & Requests” section.  For your convenience, the new form is available in Word and PDF format.

How to Access the Stewart Agent Resource Center

Please go to http://www.stewartnewyork.com

Click on “Agent Login”.

Enter your Agent ID Number as your password.

If you do not know your Agent ID No., please call 800-433-0014.

Sending a Request

When sending a request, we would ask that all high-li/ over-limit policy request forms be emailed to HighLiPolicy@stewart.com or faxed to 914-993-6557.  The centralization of this process will allow us to process your requests in a more efficient manner.
