New Access and Entry Endorsement
Dear Associates:
Attached is a copy of the new Form NJ 5-78 Access and Entry Endorsement (ALTA 17) which is approved for use beginning March 8, 2004. The endorsement should be issued to insure that the property has both vehicular and pedestrian access from an open public road or highway. You will need to insert the name of the street, road or highway, as indicated.
The charge for the endorsement is $50 per file, whether both the lender and applicant request the form or only one does.
