The Arkansas Insurance Department has issued Bulletin No. 8-2007 regarding implementation of Act 684 of 2007 Arkansas Code Annotated Section 23-103-401 et seq. : Title Insurance Transition. The Bulletin provides guidance with this newly enacted title insurance law related to licensing and applies to all title insurance licensees, trade organizations, national association of insurance commissioners, and other interested parties.
