RE: Lien Waivers

Dear Associates:

Due to the current economic climate, the following procedure must be used until further notice in insuring transactions where there is new construction. A long form lien waiver must be used to insure these type transactions.

Please refer to the following list as a guide for necessary signatures: framers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, trim carpenters, sheet rock installers, painters, grading contractors, cement supplier, cement finishers, masonry contractors and suppliers, roofer, landscapers and suppliers, surveyors, building suppliers, electrical suppliers, plumbing suppliers, security system suppliers and installers, sound system suppliers and installers, water well driller, septic system installer and supplier, architect and/or designer, termite treatment company, wallpaper hangers, propane/natural gas suppliers, specialty appliance suppliers. Ask about kitchen cabinets, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, flooring and windows, these may be specialty items as well.
