RE: Mutual Indemnity Agreement

Please be advised that Westcor Land Title Insurance Company has become a participant under the Mutual Indemnification Agreement effective February 4, 2008.

The participating companies are First American Title Insurance Company of New York, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Conestoga Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Lawyers Title Insurance Company, Northeast Investors Title Insurance Company, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Insurance Company, TA Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company of Florida, United General Title Insurance Company, Washington Title Insurance Company, and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company.

Transnation Title Insurance Company of New York, a prior signatory to the Mutual Indemnification Agreement, has merged into Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
