RE: Town of Foster Failure to Index Recordings

Dear Associates:

We have learned that during the period of December 17, 2007 to December 31, 2007, the Clerk’s Office in the Town of Foster omitted recordings from the Grantor/Grantee index.  If you or your title examiners searched any titles in the Town of Foster beginning on January 2, 2008 until the index was corrected on May 8, 2008, these documents may have been missed, as they were not yet properly indexed.

The attached printout was obtained from the Clerk’s Office and lists all documents that were recorded during the month of December, 2007, beginning on December 4th and ending on December 31st.  Please review the printout if you had any transactions situated in the Town of Foster that closed in 2008 to determine if any of the documents listed may affect the title to subject property of your closing.
