New Rating Manual and Endorsements
Dear Associates:
Recently the Department of Insurance approved changes to the ?Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Delaware Rate Manual? which became effective March 1, 2006..
The purpose of the new manual was to introduce new endorsements and retract those endorsements that are being replaced. The endorsements that are not being replaced are not retracted and remain viable for your use. For your review we have enclosed a copy of the new manual, and copies of all endorsements.
