Since 1993, Wisconsin law has required that every insurer provide a statutory notice to each insured of the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance. (Wis. Stats. §631.28; Wis. Adm. Code Ins. 6.85). This notice must be included with each policy sent to an insured.
To make this process easier, our technology arm has begun the process of adding the required statutory notice to your policy-issuing data bases. We do not yet have a firm date for completion of this process and will send an update when the form has been added.
Until then, please continue to send the following notice with each policy you issue:
