This is a reminder that RSMo 381.029 and Rule 20 CSR 500-7.070 require annual filings of Forms T-5A and T-5B by March 31st of each year. The Statute and Rule may be viewed at http://www.moga.mo.gov/statutes/C300-399/3810000029.HTM and http://sos.mo.gov/adrules/csr/current/20csr/20c500-7.pdf.

The Rule requires title agencies report the agency's owners, ownership interests in other businesses and material transaction between the parties, as defined in the Rule.
