Until further notice, Stewart Title will not insure titles to property located in Elliott County, Kentucky. Based on input received from local examiners in that county, and verified with the Elliott County Attorney's office, the real property records are currently unreliable. We will continue to monitor this situation and update you as more information becomes available.
