The Ohio Title Insurance Rating Bureau has filed an Amended Preliminary Judicial Report and Extended Coverage Preliminary Judicial Report for use in Ohio. These forms have been approved by the Ohio Department of Insurance. The new forms will replace the forms currently in existence, and will be effective as of April 15, 2010.
The rate for the new PJR remains unchanged. The rate for the new Extended Coverage Endorsement carries an additional premium of $0.50 per $1000 of liability, minimum $50.00 and may be attached to any new 2010 PJR form. Copies of the new forms are attached to this Bulletin.
