New DC Rate Manual
Dear Associates:
The DC Department of Securities, Securities and Banking ("DISB") approved our recent rate filing effective as of April 1, 2011. The newly revised Schedule of Charges for the District of Columbia dated December 2, 2010, has been posted on the local Maryland web site and may be accessed at http://www.stewart.com/maryland.
The major difference between the new Rate Book and the one that was previously in effect is that a new rate tier was added for transactions over $15,000,000.
