Effective immediately, upon using the STEPS program to generate policies, please note that there are two additional fields:
- Property Type: this field is mandatory and requires either an "R" for residential or a "C" for commercial. Note that the default is residential. Please reference Bulletin No. NY000490.
- Property County Code: this field is optional and requires a numeric code. Please reference either the Remittance Form Coding List or the County Codes List.
