GENERAL - New Orleans Computer Problems
Dear Associates:
Recent computer system problems in Orleans Parish have created search errors in the land records. The old computer system will remain active for the present, until the clerk decides that the new system is operational. You should therefore do searches in both the old system and the new system for the time being. If you have any questions, call Malcolm Meyer, Louisiana State Underwriter, at 1-800-209-4675 ext. 1. We will continue to monitor the system and report any further changes.
