Changes have been made to the Rate Manual in Section B-1, clarifying that the beginning charge from which to calculate a rate is $200 and that no premium for any policy issued will ever be less than $220. $220 is the minimum charge unless the manual specifically provides otherwise, for example, the minimum charge for the Junior Loan Policy is $115.
Please further note that changes were made to the charges to be applied when issuing endorsements. Most endorsement premiums were slightly changed.
Do not use any Rate Manual (electronic or hard copy) dated prior to June 23, 2014.
