As you know, the Insurance Commissioner’s office has adopted regulations regarding the data required to be reported to a Statistical Reporting Agent. Those regulations are contained in WAC 284-29A and require the first data submission to be on or before September 1, 2014.
Stewart is required to submit information by county. Some Stewart agents operate in multiple counties so it is important to have separate information for each county in which the agent issues policies for Stewart. For those agents issuing in multiple counties please be sure to code the policy to reflect the county of issuance. The attached exhibit lists the county codes for your reference.
