Suffolk County - Electronic RP-5217
Stewart Title Insurance Company has been advised by the Suffolk County New York Clerk, that effective September 1, 2014 Suffolk County will require that all documents presented for recording use Form RP-5217-PDF. The form must be printed on legal size paper (8 ½” x 14”), and any forms containing handwritten additions or annotation will not be accepted. The RP-5217-PDF form is available on the Suffolk County Website at http://suffolkcountyny.gov/Portals/0/clerk/Forms/Recording/rp5217-D.pdf.
