UNDERWRITING - Closing Protection Coverage System Changes (IDAHO)
Dear Associates:
Effective July 1, 2015, the following application rules will become effective on the Stewart approved ICL website https://www.stewarticl.com:
For Closing Protection Letters (“CPL/ICL”) issued for any transaction involving real property located in Idaho, each issuing agent referenced in the letter must have an Agent I.D. Number for the State of Idaho.
