Effective July 9, 2015, the ALTA USA Policy Form (9/28/91) Revised (12/03/12) has been approved for use in the state of Alaska.
In order to gain approval for the issuance of the above policy form, the use of the attached Alaska Amendatory Endorsement must be included when issuing the USA Policy.
Any agents using AIM+ please contact PropertyInfo Customer Care to advise them of the policy form and request that they implement the changes on their respective AIM+ systems effective July 9, 2015. All other agents please contact your software vendor or manager to have them modify your systems to implement the new rates effective July 9, 2015.
Please disseminate this Bulletin to all appropriate office personnel.
