The Wyoming Rate Manual was amended with an effective date of August 8, 2016. The revision made only one change to the Rate Manual.
On Page Eleven, Section B-6, (Loan Policies), Item (c) - Simultaneous Coverage Policies, No. 2 - One ALTA Owner's (Standard or Extended) and an ALTA Extended Coverage Loan Policy - This section has been revised in that the reference to the charge for the Teton County policies has been deleted from this section.
Agents please contact Propertylnfo Customer Care or your title production software vendor to get the new rates/forms changes implemented in your system.
