Dear Associates:
We have recently learned that Blue Ridge Title Company located in Arden, North Carolina, may have issued title policies after it was canceled by its underwriter in March 2016.
Without Stewart Underwriting Counsel approval you may not rely on any policy issued by Blue Ridge Title Company on or after March 1, 2016, for any purpose, including for a back chain (starter policy) or under the NC Mutual Indemnity Agreement.
