Aransas
Nueces - UPDATE: Open as of 09/07/17; It is okay to issue in this County.
Refugio
San Patricio - UPDATE: Open as of 09/07/17; It is okay to issue in this County.
Do not issue policies insuring property located in these counties at this time.
Orange County: We have been advised that the Orange County Clerk's office is also closed, but it is expected to reopen on Monday, September 11, 2017. Assuming that the office opens as planned, you may issue policies insuring property located in Orange County beginning on 09/11/17.
