RE: UNDERWRITING - Information about Medina County Clerk Office

Dear Associates:

As per the Medina County Clerk’s office website:

Notice to the Public: On Monday May 22, 2019, the main server for the County Clerk's Office has gone down, resulting in the loss of multiple daily functions and processes of the County Clerk's Office. All property records will not be recorded until the new server is installed and properly functions, which will take approximately 2-3 weeks. Any documents currently submitted to the County Clerk's Office for recording, either through mail or E-recording, are on hold. The loss of the server also affects the ability to upload and extract documents from the FTP Site. Please be advised any property records sent in to the County Clerk's Office will be processed and recorded as soon as the server is fully functional; the FTP Site will also be uploaded at that time. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.”

Since no one else can file documents we are going to continue to issue policies until the server is repaired.
