In follow-up to Bulletin: WI2019001; a revised Schedule of Charges for Title Insurance in the State of Wisconsin was filed to delete any charges associated with endorsements issued to delete the Arbitration provisions for either an Owner’s or Loan Policy.

The remainder of the filed Schedule of Charges for Use in the State of Wisconsin remains unchanged.
Also, the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance for Wisconsin has approved the following endorsement form, effective July 9, 2019.
Standard Arbitration Endorsement. This endorsement form can be used to delete any provisions in the Conditions of an Owner’s or Loan policy referring to Arbitration.
