UNDERWRITING - House Bill 124 Authorizing Remote Online Notarization
Dear Associates:
On January 1, 2021, House Bill 124 authorizing Remote Online Notarization (RON) will take effect in Alaska. This law will solidify the current emergency order allowing the use of RON. Enacting this law will not change our current practice of partnering with an approved RON provider. Please refer to Virtual Underwriter for a current list of approved RON platforms and additional recourses.
