Stewart Title Guaranty Company ("Stewart") issues this reminder bulletin related to private transfer fees. Such fees have been the subject of two prior bulletins referenced below. As a policy issuing representative of Stewart you are required to have specific knowledge of and comply with Stewart's underwriting practices, requirements, and guidelines. These include, but are not limited to, our Underwriting Manual, Bulletins, and Special Alerts.
