Stewart’s most recent form filing was approved by the state of Montana and became effective as of October 22, 2021 (See Bulletin MT2021003). As a condition to the approved form filing, Stewart was required to adopt the attached Montana General Endorsement for use with all policy forms.
Effective immediately, the Montana General Endorsement must be attached to all policies issued within the state of Montana. If the Montana General Endorsement form is not already available to you, please contact Property Info Customer Care at customercare@stewart.com or your title production software vendor to have the new form uploaded to your system.
