UNDERWRITING - West Haven Municipal Conveyance Tax Change
Dear Associates:
Effective July 1, 2021, the City of West Haven has increased its local conveyance tax rate from 0.25% to 0.5%.
In addition, the City has declared a new Enterprise Zone.
Stewart Title is working with its software vendors to implement this change.
