These forms contain arbitration provisions and should be utilized for new orders received after December 15, 2022. If you have already issued commitments on orders taken in since December 15, 2022, you may continue to complete those files using the forms originally issued. As a reminder, other forms or versions of these forms should not be used if a comparable ALTA version is available. If a comparable ALTA version is available, the most current version of the ALTA form available in each state should be used, unless approved by a Stewart underwriter.

Please remember to contact Property Info Customer Care or your title production software vendor to get the new forms implemented in your system.
