RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - New Rates and Forms for New Hampshire - Effective November 13, 2023

Dear Associates:

Please find attached the new New Hampshire Rate Manual which shows the changes made in this filing. New forms have also been approved. The effective date for this filing is November 13, 2023. The rate changes are as follows:

  1. Closing Protection Letter with a charge of $25 per transaction.*This charge is new for NH.
  2. Increase charge for Residential Mortgage Survey Affidavit from $50 to $75.
  3. Increase charge for Simultaneous Issuance of Owner’s and Loan Policies from $50 to $100.
  4. Increase charge for Simultaneous Issuance of Owner’s Policy for Residential Construction from $50 to $100.
  5. Update endorsement table to reflect all filed endorsements, including the new policies and endorsements listed below.

The new forms approved in this filing include the following:

  • STG New Hampshire (ALTA Modified) Closing Protection Letter – Single Transaction Form (“NH1”)
  • 9067 ALTA 23.1 Coinsurance Multiple Policies 5-12-22
  • 9073 ALTA Endorsement JR 1 (4-2-22)
  • 9074 ALTA Endorsement JR 2 (4-2-22)
  • 9075 ALTA 48 Tribal Waivers and Consents (4-2-22)
  • 9070 ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Junior Loan Policy with Arbitration (4-2-22)
  • 9071 ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Mortgage Modification Policy with Arbitration (4-2-22)
  • 9072 ALTA Short Form Residential Limited Coverage Junior Loan Policy (4-2-22)
  • 9936 General Endorsement

The forms withdrawn in this filing include the following: 

  • REVOLV 2 Revolving Line of Credit Endorsement
  • REVOLV 3 Revolving Line of Credit Endorsement
  • Down Date Endorsement (for Foreclosure Insurance Policy M-9839)
