The Colorado Division of Insurance has approved Stewart’s latest rate submission which will be effective on July 27, 2023.
The purpose of this filing was to unbundle the tax certificate from the bundled loan charges for residential properties. No other changes were made.
A copy of the Revised Colorado Manual of Charges and Forms for Title Insurance is available here. (The changes appear on pages 67 and 68.)
