RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - CORRECTION to Wisconsin Rate Manual Revised Schedule of Charges and New Forms Filing - Effective date September 5, 2023

Dear Associates:

Attached please find the revised Schedule of Charges for Title Insurance in The State of Wisconsin. These changes become effective on September 5, 2023.

This refiling was done to correct an error in the pricing for the ALTA 3 and ALTA 9 series endorsements when calculating Non-Residential charges over $1 million. The correction is to confirm that the charge for Non-Residential endorsements shall be $500 up to $1,000,000 add 0.5/$1000 thereafter, with a maximum charge of $2,000. This change is for the following Non-Residential endorsements: ALTA 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 9, 9.1, 9.2, 9.8, 9.9, and 9.10. All other filed charges remain the same. Please use the following link to download a corrected rate manual.
