Effective January 1, 2024, the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance has implemented new policy forms and endorsements, most of which are modeled on but not necessarily identical to the 2021 ALTA forms. Some endorsements were updated to a more recent ALTA version of the form. The entire set of forms as adopted by OSI will be available here.
No change in rates was implemented.
These forms have been provided to third-party TPS vendors. Please contact your TPS vendor or account services representative to have the new forms implemented in your system.
