An updated Stewart Title Guaranty Company rate manual has been approved for use by the Kentucky Department of Insurance, effective July 8, 2024.
A copy of the new Kentucky Rate Manual is available HERE. Also included is a Rate Card for quick reference, available HERE.
Changes from the previous manual include an increase in both owner and loan policy rates, and clarification regarding endorsement rates with an update for commercial pricing.
These rates have been provided to third-party title production system (TPS) vendors. Please contact your TPS vendor or account services representative to have the new/revised rates implemented in your system.
