HB1361 An Act relative to municipal land use regulation for manufactured housing and subdivisions.
This bill requires municipalities that adopt land use control measures to provide reasonable and realistic opportunities for the siting of manufactured housing on individual lots and in manufactured housing parks and subdivisions within residential districts. The bill also directs municipalities to provide reasonable and realistic opportunities for expansion of existing manufactured housing parks. Please see the full text of the law for more details.

HB1154 An Act relative to property tax exemptions for certain disabled veterans.
This bill clarifies eligibility for certain disabled veterans to be exempt from property taxation on a homestead that was adapted through a Veterans Administration Special Adapted Housing (SAH) or Special Home Adaptation (SHA) grant or that was acquired using proceeds from the sale of such an SAH or SHA home.
