RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - Revised Schedule of Charges effective February 24, 2025
Dear Associates:
Stewart Title Guaranty Company has filed revised rates with the District of Columbia Insurance Administration which will become effective February 24, 2025. An electronic version of the rate book can be found here for your convenience.
The rate changes are as follows:
- Increase of simultaneous rate from $100 to $150.
- Removal of time periods for the Reissue Charge for Owner’s or Leasehold Policies and Refinance Charge for Mortgagee’s Policies.
- The addition of the ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Mortgage Modification Policy with pricing.
These rates have been provided to third-party title production system (TPS) vendors. Please contact your TPS vendor or account services representative to have the new/revised rates implemented in your system.
