RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - Revised Schedule of Charges Effective April 1, 2025

Dear Associates:

Stewart Title Guaranty Company has filed revised rates and forms with the Delaware Title Insurance Rating Bureau which will become effective April 1, 2025. An electronic version of the rate book can be found here for your convenience.

New Rates and Policies

The rate changes are as follows:

  • An approximate 12.1% increase across all tiers and products.
  • The addition of the ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Mortgage Modification Policy with pricing.
  • The addition of the ALTA Short-Form Expanded Coverage Residential Loan Policy – Current Assessments (For One-to-Four Family Residential Property).

These forms/rates have been provided to third-party title production system (TPS) vendors. Please contact your TPS vendor or account services representative to have the new/revised forms/rates implemented in your system.
