RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - Revised Nevada Agency Rate Manual

Dear Associates:

The Nevada Division of Insurance has approved the following form and rate revisions, which become effective April 28, 2025:

A copy of the Revised Nevada Agency Manual of Charges and Forms for Title Insurance is available here.

A summary of the changes to the Rate Manual is outlined below.

  •      Owner’s Policy rate increase to Zones 2 and 3.
  •      Sale with Binder to Insure Resale has an added bullet point (Bullet Point E) for how to charge for a Homeowner’s Policy.
  •      Short Term Rate has included Homeowner’s in this language. The rate applies to that policy.
  •      Short Term Rate moved from the Planned Major Projects section to the Additional Discounts section.

The new forms approved in this filing include the following:

  •      ALTA endorsements 22.2, 36.9, and 48.1 with pricing added.

The Rate Manual is attached. Please distribute to the appropriate associates within your company.

These rates/forms have been provided to third-party TPS vendors. Please contact Customer Care, your TPS vendor or account services representative to have the new rates/forms implemented in your system.
