Stewart Title Guaranty Company hereby notifies you of its intent to execute and record an affidavit in accordance with Section 12.017 of the Texas Property Code. Section 12.017 (g) states that "an affidavit that is executed and recorded as provided by this Section operates as a release of the mortgage described in the affidavit."
