The Company hereby insures the insured against any loss or damage sustained by the insured by reason of the exercise or attempted exercise of the right of re-entry or forfeiture of title arising out of the violation or purported violation of any conditions or restrictions as to building, use, and occupancy contained in the deeds noted in Paragraph _____ of Schedule B of this policy.

THIS ENDORSEMENT MAY NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM STEWART TITLE GUARANTY UNDERWRITING PERSONNEL.

The total liability of the Company under said policy and any endorsements attached thereto shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the face amount of said policy and costs which the Company is obligated under the provisions of said policy to pay.

This endorsement is made a part of said policy and is subject to the schedules, conditions, stipulations, and terms thereof, except as modified by the provisions hereof.
