The provisions of said policy are hereby modified and amended as of the date hereof as to the following matters and none other:

The amount of insurance provided by said Policy, as stated in Schedule A thereof, is subject to cumulative annual upward adjustments of 10% per year for a period of 5 years, but the liability in this Policy for the land described in Schedule A remains limited by the provisions of Paragraph(s) __________ of the Conditions and Stipulations of this Policy.

This endorsement shall be effective only if at Date of Policy there is located on the land described in said Policy, one single family residential structure or a residential condominium unit in which the Insured Owner resides or intends to reside.

This endorsement is made a part of said policy and is subject to the Exclusions from Coverage, Schedules, Conditions and Stipulations therein, except as modified by the provisions hereof.

This endorsement is not to be construed as insuring the title to said estate or interest as of any later date than the date of said policy, except as herein expressly provided as to the subject matter hereof.
