Limited Practice Officer forms have been approved for use by a certified Limited Practice Officer ("LPO").  An LPO is certified by the Washington Supreme Court to function as a closing officer.  An LPO selects, prepares, and completes documents in a form previously approved by the Limited Practice Board for use in closing a loan, extension of credit, sale, or other transfer of real or personal property.  An LPO is not authorized to complete non-LPO forms.  LPO forms, including but not limited to Deeds, Assignments, Deeds of Trust, Notes, Releases, and Waivers, are available through the Washington Bar Association website by accessing the following link:
