The Company agrees that for the purposes of Paragraph 8(a) (ii) of the Conditions, the determination of the value of the insured estate or interest in the Land shall include consideration of the use or uses to which the Land is being put at the time of the loss.

Note:  This endorsement is void unless it is attached to an ALTA
           Owner’s Policy (2006).
