WA STG Endorsement (Energy Project - Additional Definitions)

In this policy:

1.  “Electricity Facilities” means those electricity generating facilities, substations, transmission, distribution and collector lines and interconnections, transformers, generators, turbines, solar panels and modules, circuit breakers, footings, towers, poles, cross-arms, guy lines, anchors, wires, control systems, communications or radio relay systems, safety protection facilities, roads, and other buildings, structures, fixtures, improvements, facilities, machinery, equipment, appliances and other items associated with or incidental to the generation, conversion, storage, switching, metering, step-up, step-down, transmission, conducting, wheeling, sale or other use or conveyance of electricity, existing at Date of Policy or to be built or constructed according to the Plans,  which by law constitute real property.

2. "Severable Improvement" means property affixed to the Land at Date of Policy or to be affixed according to the Plans, that would constitute Electricity Facilities but for its characterization as personal property, and that by law does not constitute real property because (a) of  its character and manner of attachment to the Land and (b) the property can be severed from the Land without causing material damage to it or to the Land.

3. “Project Facilities” means the Electricity Facilities and the Severable Improvements, together.

4.  “Plans” means the survey, site and elevation plans or other depiction or drawing prepared by_________________, last revised ____________, designated as [Name of Project or Project No.] consisting of _______________sheet(s).
